What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We have an automatic credit card payment plan available. You can sign up for this anytime at no extra charge.

How does your billing cycle work?

Upon move-in, we pro-rate your first month’s rent so that subsequent payments will be due on the 1st of the month. We send invoices. We will give you a reminder call and e-mail after the 1st if we haven’t received payment.

When can I access my unit?

We offer access to your unit from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year.

Are my goods insured?

As stated in your lease, we do not carry insurance on your goods. Insurance is up to you, the lessor.

I lost the keys to my lock. How do I open it?

We do not have spare keys to anyone’s lock, nor can we cut the lock for you. Unfortunately, you will have to call a locksmith during business hours with the manager present. You cannot cut the lock on your own. Please make arrangements with the manager.

If I cancel my lease, will I receive a refund?

A 14-day written notice must be given. Refunds apply to prepaid, full months only, regardless of when vacating. Partial month’s rent are non-refundable.

Will my rates increase?

We strive to have our rates to be as competitive as possible. Having said that, we understand how important our customers are and we understand rent is a deciding factor when choosing a storage unit.
